We place a great emphasis on the continuous vocational, health and safety training of our colleagues.

Our professional skills are controlled by tests and they have to exam about work, health and safety instruction knowledge as well.
Our workers are equipped with all required work-related tools, furthermore with all necessary PPEs, they are continuously trained to use of this personal protection equipments and regularly controlled about usage of this equipments on construction sites. All of our employees have the relevant SCC/VCA certifications as well.

Our employees are trained in accordance to the newest professional requirements regularly, so our partners are always sure, that all of our workers possess the required skills and expertises:

• our scaffolders are trained according to the newest "Dutch Guiding Principles of Scaffolding" (Richtlijn Steigers")
• out industrial insulators are trained in accordance to the latest technological trends
